just I stopped watching lecture midway because it was boring n I couldn't get back to studying and now I am getting anxious over not following the timetable I made

I would say.... don't spend extra screen time, other than watching lectures - it distracts u, burnout comes even more early and move around -engage in some physical activity and stay hydrated and have ur meals on time and take sufficient sleep
