in dealing with panic attack you just have to accept that emotion whether it's fear or stress....just tell yourself it's ok I am stressed right now, I might be feeling sensations but it's okay...nothing wrong will happen

it's basically telling your brain that everything is alright and then eventually it will relax. But forcing to relax will send different signals and fight or flight mode will make situation worse
