yes I am consulted to a therapist at the very beginning from their onwards they only give me medicines of sleep and that's it

i just want to tell you if you are depressed only this three years i jsust wantto tell you i have the same problem since 2017 i kno it's hard to dealwith but just remembre it's solution trying put end to your life just think about your family the person that you love and the person's they care about you and put this in mind that coming things are much better than the previous we are all in the same problem we just need to not give up you are not alone all love💖
