Anyone up for sharing studying stress? I can't focus on book content coz of phone addiction and exams are soon next week. are there any free app online for live group studies with interactions ?? and what to do for phone addiction tried almost everything.

I was going through something similar, but I restricted my phone usage and challenged myself, got my priorities set and started working on a study schedule. When I would feel bored I would go out for a walk. May be you can try the same.
