I often cry it out then drink some warm water and try to go back to sleep. Cuz apparently I cant hold it in
i cry alot too! my head keeps telling me bad stuff and i cant stop the tears
My friend told me that if you cant hold it in, just let it out, find something really sad to listen while letting it out... I also find it better than holding it in. It's too tired.
for me listening just makes it worse, but i might try it again
With whom will u fight ? Your own emotions ? The more you try to fight, resist, supress or push them back the more they will take over you. You need to acknowledge them first and then only you be able to deal with them. If you can celebrate your positive emotions then u should also be able to give vent to your negative emotions efficiently. However if this attack of sadness continues and you find some unusual symptoms to be occuring within yourself then consult a psychologist. Mental health should be equally taken care of as physical health.
