two days back i did something that was very dangerous i have a long body scrubber whixh i use while bathing i was cleaning my neck with it thaugts were going on and on inside of my neck suddenly i took one end of to the other and held it around my neck then then k took another to the other side of my neck and held it with my hand i pulled both the ends to starngulate myself i was wanted to pull it more but something stopped me and i released both the end may bd this thing ended in like 3-4 seconds or may be 5 idk.

i didn't had any intentions to kill myself and i don't have any intentions like these but i was very frustrated at that moment i just did it its like it happened automatically.

and i can't share this to anyone people don't what i really feel they think im just fine or just having a mood swing but i don't think it is a mood swing any more

ummm. actually my partner and i when we met i was very happy he was like a fuel to me just to goo on i know he love me and i love him its been 4 yrs since our relationship started but there is a problem he used to dp things before which he don't do now i have a problem i notice cam even a small little changes in him i get hurt because of that i know he is busy and his own plans are going on but talking to him feels like refreshing it makes me happy but the sad part is we Don't talk much now and it hurts me it feels like i had a single hope its too fading away as k told i have family issues since child hood there are lot of fights hatred and lot of things whixh i have seen and have listened and i bearing it still today so i don't have that kind of a bond with my family but when i talk to him ,although i don't share my mental issues to him or what is going on in my family but like ,just talking to him gave me a relief from all that stuff . but now as i told we don't talk much and he also thinks im just fine and all so don't give me that much attention which he used to give me in past but iam not complaining he has hiss own work to do and thats ok with time everything changes but its is affecting me in a different way.
