This decision was very hard for us as well. We tried raising external funds to keep LC feature free but we couldn’t raise funds and due to which in-order to keep the app accessible for everyone we had to make this feature paid. If you’ll see the pricing it's fair and bare minimum. I hope you support our decision and help us in making mental health services accessible for everyone

please don't do it 😔 this was the only app had free sessions which helped me lot till dateand recommended it to everyone. I was attend this session without letting my parent know and I was benefitted throughout it my life problems studies, problems, independence etc.. I always been thankful for this. nothing have helped me but this app did:) from sessions to everything did. but now it heartbreaking to hear about paid listening circle where can I get help from now??😭(coz my parents don't allow their child for therapy and stuff even for free session how can I convince them for paid session.) atlest keep free session once a week for a hour or two. it a request 🙏(there are many people with their own problems who cannot pay for it this decision will lose many people from this app rapidly for sure)

In order to sustain ourselves and in continuing good work we are doing, we unfortunately have to put a bear minimum amount as LC fee for us to keep the app live and help people like you that is why we haven’t kept a big fee on it. I hope you would understand and support our decision and our app.

it's understandable but there are many minors here and even some adults who dont have access to digital mode of payment yet. for those who were getting help here for free it's a very sad thing for them. even if the amount is fair, it's not because they think the pricing is high or anything but the problem that some don't have the means to pay. so I'd recommend conducting free sessions once in a while if not always. however I understand your side of the problem as well.

We understand and support you.. Even still your fee is the minimum.. U are doing a nobel task.. And yes its not always easy to do without funds.. I support your decision and l will also recomend you to open a link for the users to donate to the app Or to Any Psychologist/Counsellor of their choice any amount of their desire to encourage them to keep up this nobel task of helping others with their experience, experties and most precious thing their time..

please keep the price small I only earn 17$ aud a week. Make some paid and make some free that's the best way I believe. Don't make it all about the money please. We're mentally unstable we need to have accessibility when there are those who can't. 🥺
