N yeah Always learn stories of Mahabharata .. it will help you .. Make yourself a joyful and clever person .. u must be good by heart but make sure u need to be a little smarter too n also think before getting close to someone

yah.. I need to be smart.But I have hardly 3 year experience on this field.. He almost have 12 years experience.. And he shout for small small things.. this make me very stressfull and anxious.. and I some time makes mistake when he is around..For me workplace should be calm , he don't understand

sometimes the stricter your senior is, more you get to learn from them. maybe he is trying to make you things learn by hard way.

I am generally anxious person. I have experienced social anxiety many times. I sometime took tab to hide that.I am suffering from social anxiety from my childhood.. But by heart I am very kind. very sensitive, very helping person, I don't like cheating pr telling lies or hurting anybody.. but this kind of conditions make me very sad.

See u work on ur skills .. listen to what he is telling you to improve with n not what is making you sadder .. see you are giving importance n that is making you sadder .. don't give importance to what he abuses .. give importance to the skills n if he is not giving skills n just being abusive as a boss or senior then better don't give importance at all n just mind your own business n improve skills through other ways

As I said already in the comments .. first start viewing something related to humor n then start reading Mahabharata or watching stories related to it .. u must feel how precious n lucky you are to be blessed with such a life .. u have so much of things to learn n explore n feel it n u will love it .. u like helping right .. there are dogs who need love, pet them, feed them .. they are loyal n u can trust on them too .. I am talking about the street dog
