make a list of all the things you like and would like to have or to do in your life atleast once.try doing things you can now, check off the list. Go through the beautiful moments you had in your life. life is all about experiences. happy or sad is how we reflect. life actually doesn't have any meaning. everything on earth will be absolutely meaningless when seen on a bigger perspective - universe, galaxies. so don't make a big deal out of it. everything that happens is okay. it really us. try looking from a different perspective. i wish you luck. and 💕
