I understand. If you hadn't put enough effort into or if you did not work hard , then you have to feel bad. You did your part from your side. You worked hard no matter what the outcome was. And when you did not score I know you would be disappointed but there is no need to be because from your side you worked hard. It just didn't come out properly maybe in the exam. So don't feel disappointed. And as for parents it's natural of them to have hopes. But favour isn't always on our side sometimes isn't it. I felt demotivated too when I had it in my case like that. So it's fine , next time do much better and work more harder. Be challenging towards the fact why you aren't able to score well even after working hard. Work so hard that finally you feel you are satisfied. It will feel good trust me. You can do this..so don't be demotivated.

I do understand you, i had the same condition that you've.I know you must be feeling guilty but remember you put in everything you could. be proud that you even tried. about your parents talk to them about this , very gently with making excuses. I hope they'll understand you at the end of the day they are you're parents

IAT....it's for IISER

Remember that even though this is heartbreaking and disappointing, this is not the end of your career and studies. Even though you could not make it to IISER, you can maybe try for other institutions opting the same courses. I know the college matters and we have dreams, but failure is a part of life and every person has to deal with it. Learn from this and move on. Your bright future lies ahead of you. Believe in yourself and don't dwell in the past. Craft out a plan of action for the future and work upon it. You got this!
