I like to suggest you one anime which I recently watched and like it, it's about social anxiety it's name "komi can't communicate " it's available in Netflix it made me feel better!

or try talking to stranger in public place or try talking to shopkeeper when you go fir shoping talk like related this will really help I was like you but I did this and it changed me now I'm comfortable with people around me but still I face social anxiety with my relative but I can see I'm making progress in it also
