I know It's hard but try waking up 10min before sunrise, open your room window or go to your balcony/roof where you can watch it. And try to relax for sometime, just forget about everything, and clear your mind for a minute. and just appreciate nature. It really helps.
sometimes when life is not easy at all, and I don't have enough motivation to get up from bed, I simply keep lying on the bed trying to avoid my problems for as long as possible. it doesn't help really but atleast I feel like I am watching all my problems from a third persons lens.
