there's nothing wrong it's just that when you feel any emotional issues you think about it too much that it doesn't allow you to sleep yeah even when you feel like sleeping cause you can only sleep your mind is calm and relaxed so take breaths and count to 5 to relax your self or you can listen to music cause it's best to calm down

but to be honest I don't even understand the fact it happens only with opposite gender... I mean whenever I get nervous around the opposite gender I don't know what happens and i fall asleep

it happens it's possible that you don't feel comfortable but it's just that you need to try yourself to come out of your comfort zone and talk to people

but, then I started to feel these symptoms after I coped with my first heart break... and i don't feel these symptoms around the men of my family

one of my therapist friend told me it should probably be narcolepsy from opposite gender... but, I just wanted if such a thing is possible
