    Avoid Naps, Do extra exercise, eat healthy, what movie, read books and make friends.. stay away from your bed

    hey don’t worry..get ur vitals checked..it takes sometime for anti depressants to kick in..go about your day normally and keep consistent bed time..be more active mentally and if possible physically..and u should be fine..and even after that the insomnia persists, just visit a sleep medicine doctor..they are specialised in sleep medicine..if they are not available in your city just do online consultation
