Being bothered by ex’s intrusion in life

My ex keeps on coming back to me and suddenly goes away again. Right when am ready to move on and over with the past ...it starts again...am fed up and just dont know what to do. I finally hv asked him not to come back and its too early to say that he will be knocking at my door four months down the line. Please help

I think you should clearly tell him that you aren’t appreciating this. This is only stopping you from growing. This time when he comes back shut him out. Take a stand for yourself and tell him clearly that you are not going to let him back in your life.

Well he only comes back when he doesn’t have a option. So don’t allow him to use you
