Being forced to stay in a relationship

My boyfriend is abusive and he has some inappropriate pictures of me that I sent it to him thinking I could trust him but it was all a lie. Now whenever we have a fight and tell him that I want to breakup, he threatens to send these pictures to all my family and friends. I can't even tell my parents about this, I have landed myself in such a terrible situation.

Look everybody has trusted the wrong person at some point in their lives, it doesn't mean that you will keep dating him for the rest of your live out if fear. What he's doing is a criminal offense, you need to tell your parents and expose this behaviour before things get worse.

Have you considered scaring him by saying that you'll report to the police? Just tell him that you've told your parents everything and if he doesn't delete those pictures and get away from you then you will get the police involved. That might scare him off

My boyfriend did exactly the same u need to talk to some one from his family or try reaching an organization callled code red they do not leak outthings to the family they keep it confidential but the guy would be scolded try doing that

Go to the police! Expose this brat so that nobody ever falls for him. Even better if you can reach his family and complain to them. Have you tried deleting the photos? You don't have to bear with him, report him to the cops

Or you could even try reaching out to a woman's helpline. They might help you in a confidential manner and get you out of this mess
