I am sorry you feel that way. it's okay to feel what u are feeling. could you find something at the moment that might be soothing to you. maybe give urself a safe hug and take some couple deep breaths. really helps to feel safe and connected with the self. Ask your body what does it want at the moment. and give it what it requires on a micro level.
