Due to work from home these days, whenever I'm working or I get stressed due to some reason, I keep on snacking. I eat far more than I need to or even want to. I've gained 6 kgs over the second lockdown due to this problem and this problem is going to only get worse. I have a high-pressure job so I don't even get time to exercise on weekdays. I'm stressed, fatigued, and unhealthy.
