Bipolar behaviour in relationships

Hello, I think I have bipolar disorder and my symptoms are the most livid when it comes to my love life. I often abuse my partners and fail to treat them like somebody I love, but then I seem to have no recollection of it the next day. My sex drive fluctuates so often that all my partners have told me that it's exhausting being around me. I'm not even aware of all the problematic things I do properly, then how could I really improve

Bipolar disorder is a very puzzling condition to go through so don't hate yourself for behaviour that's often happening subconsciously. Consider taking some time off dating, subjecting a partner to problems that you've not figured out yourself isn't absolutely fair to them.

The true impact of your bipolarity is beared by the people around you so to find out more, ask questions. If you're having consistent shifts between maniac and depressive phases, then it's about time you see a doctor. It's a difficult condition to go through but I assure you it's definitely possible to get better.
