People will start appreciating you once you will appreciate yourself. Please try to accept yourself, initially you will find difficulty in doing so but once you accept yourself there is noway people will try to belittle you.

but whatever i do or wanted to do they just doN't understand me.. and always says me something like you are a kiddo or something and i hate this thing.. idk what to do abt my height..? am so worried what if they are right what if i am nothing because m too short for anything.. i feel so disguisting abt myself

i am suffering from alot of things.. like i want to get the best college for my b.com. hnrs but i can't focus on my studies nowadays and i actually spent my whole time either in using my phone for no reason and it makes me feel more sad when i have no one to talk or i just sat in my room and go on overthinking idk why but i overthink alot and i just can't focus on my studies and i have some family issues and also frnds issues... and whenever i have no one to talk with.... i feel so unwanted.... you know whatever is happening in my life whether am sad or angry or crying i miss my ex so much.. ik it's not the age to have a rltnshp but he broke my trust and it hurts me so much.. i feel like crying evertime i talk abt him... one more thing whenever i start talking to a new person i get attached.. Why?? And after some time they just talk less to me.. Then we have no convo for days for weeks but then also i try my best not to loose them so i started tge convo.. And they are litterally ignring me or they are actually busy idk but it hurts me.. And then we are not talking till now.. Idk if they want to talk to me or not.. ?? Am i doing something wrong in my life? Why do i get attached to everyone so fast?? Why not any one trust me or love me..??

but heres no one really do care.. I cried whole night and want to talk with my frnds but all are busy.. yeah! i mean i tried to... but idk from where to start and if m bothering... idk how evryone going to react... and i just don't want to share anything from anyone not even my bst frnds... because somewhere or somehow.. they think m depressed or something but am totally fine.. and i don't like it when they says me so

You might be assuming this that your friends will be bothered. You can tell them that you just want to share what you feel. You’re absolutely fine.

Try not to assume things, dial a friends number and just talk. They must not be responding because of other engagements, if you don’t have any issues with them why would they ignore you. Start every morning by looking in the mirror or just sitting on your bed that I am perfect the way I am. I am beautiful. And try to accept it. Start by this

You get attached to people may be because you’re constantly looking for someone to rely on. You need to have confidence over yourself first.

Being attached and being too much dependent on them is different. Try to maintain a boundary. This depends on your confidence because it shows that you have less control over your emotions and constantly looking for a support. If you work on your self esteem you would be able to maintain a healthy sense of self and relationships.

Anything if done in extreme isn’t healthy. Try to maintain boundaries. You’ll have to trust yourself and be mindful. Regulate your emotions.

Your attachment or dependance both are going towards the extreme side of the spectrum. There’s nothing to worry about we can work on it.

As I told set boundaries, don’t give too much information, don’t call or text everyday. If you feel overwhelmed write how you feel. Keeping a dairy would her in expressing your emotions.

They won’t think this way. You can reply when you get a text.

You can text them but not excessively one or two text to catch up with them is okay and yes you can reply to the texts too.

btw i have a diary but i don't write everyday in it... i have written some things in the diary about my self my emotions.. i have that diary since i was in class 8 now am in class 12 (going in college this year) you are so helpful so i thought you have to know about it..

today its too much.. am 18+ but i don't look like..... and there is the boy we talked for so long but today he said me something inappropriate and it seriously make me feel soo bad and it hurts alot but he does not even think it can hurt someone..... and after that we have a fight.. i don't know why but after blocking him.. his words still hurts... he said i don't look like other 18+ girls and some more things.. when i said its not the way you talk to a girl you don't have to judge me i am perfect as I Am but he said theres nothing inappropriate.. he said me something related to my body figure.. and then he start arguing that am science student you are a commerce student you won't get it that nothing is wrong in asking something about a girl's body... it hurts me but he didnot understand this... That's why , whatever I do it sucks... just because of my height... and every time the whole thing done by me remains unseen and it comes upto my height:-!

I am feeling super lazy and sleepy... and I get hurt over little things every thing is annoying and after getting hurt i felt like crying but as I told you I can't cry... and i stop myself to donot cry because of everyone's question.... they will start asking me what happen n all and I am not in mood to talk and am feeling so annoyed...

Whebever you feel overwhelmed with emotions and are unable to express you can try writing it on a piece of paper then once you’re done, tear it into small pieces.

Getting attached to someone is a part of your personality that you have acquired over time, you will have to set boundaries for yourself, decide what all information you have to share. Don’t expect anything very intense from the other person and don’t try to be submissive from your side just for validation.
