You are your best version, try to accept it and process it.
You are not supposed to fit in a societal standard. If there is something that you want to work on, start it with this in mind that your perspective is to have a healthy lifestyle and healthy body. Nothing else.

We people wrongly assume that our look defines us, but we define our look. If you hate your body then try to change it. Either lose weight or try new outfits. Blaming doesn't change anything, so accept yourself or modify yourself- choose what you want :)

In my own opinion, is it normal sometimes to hate about our something in our body and at the end of the day I just realize this is me and my body, i made this body to be normal and beautiful with my stretchmarks and dark spots. But also I have to admit that sometimes I felt that too. So let's cheer up!

it is normal to hate something about yourself but remember that beauty is always defined by how you look at yourself. dont blame your self for something you cannoy change but rather focus on the things you can change to get the body that you like to have
