i was completely down 7 days ago. all stressed about my career, social anxiety and feeling stuck in life. weirdly i decided to start reading to get better and I read this book " ATOMIC HABITS" and I don't know how but I was completely invested in the book and didn't even realised when 2 hrs passed. it just completely changed my mood and motivation. the book is about the use of small changes and habits in our life and how to build and break habits. i would highly suggest you to read this book. I'm pretty sure it will change your perspective about the habits and goals in your life and I hope it might make you feel better just like it made me feel better.
