Hi Sushmitha, First of all, if he is losing interest that means basically he is confused. But according to me when he claims to be your love there is no possible chance of losing interest. If he is on and off with you that means he reaches out to you when he needs you and that's a selfish character. Either you can talk to him once and say that either you are there or there's no chance and see his reaction. he knows that you are always "available" and he is taking that advantage. Trust me if you continue this with him, only you are going to suffer. I hope you make the right choice and cut him off. It's not going to be easy for you but it will be the right thing to do

Before you ask him to come back in to your life, it may help to be a little mindful of why. We can often be rather blinded by love. We can simply be drawn to someone, without reflecting on the reasons for it. Love need not be like that. It helps to be a bit more mindful. Ask yourself these questions: 1. What are the things that are important to me in a relationship? 2. What values are important to me? 3. What are the values that I would want my partner to also have? 4. What kind of a partner do I want in life? 5. What kind of a partner do I want to be? 6. Given the values that we share (or don't) can I see a future with this person? I understand that you may want him back soon and for good. It's only natural to feel like that when you're really in love with someone. But it's not necessary that he may want the same things. Whether or not this person is someone you can have a good relationship with is something you need to reflect on. Otherwise you'll only end up getting hurt again.
