I am in a relationship from past 5 years , now I have to give up for many factors such as parents consent , future financial uncertainties in the present situation , cultural differences , family backgrounds different , but I am madly in love with him , I have no option left apart from giving up with the relation . How to deal with the stress and anxiety during this period as everything seems to be dark and lonely and sadness all inside me
