I need some suggestions regarding my brother. he loves a girl who broke him but still cares about her and when she ignores him he tries to move on by spending time with other girls. He again becomes fucked up when he texts her or she texts him all of a sudden. so what he should do?

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. This is so kind of you to be considerate about your brother. I think you should advice him to not try to distract himself but try to understand the situation and set a boundary for himself. Make sure that no one disrespects him and he doesn’t disrespect others. Being friends with girls and distracting oneself is okay but exchanging feeling just to distract the mind from one space is not right.
