I've been working from home for over a year now and I don't think I can take it anymore. My workload just progressively got higher to the point that I'm working almost 16 hours a day. It's to keep up with competition at the company but also to fill in my loneliness since I'm at my apartment alone all the time. But I know it's not healthy. My eyes pain all the time, I've been missing meals, showers. Above all my social life has been killed completely. I don't know how to ask my employers to reduce my work suddenly without being laid off.
