Hi, I have been feeling unmotivated, anxious, worthless, and overwhelmed. I have not been motivated to study for my tests and it's hard for me to start studying. I keep procrastinating and it has become a habit now. I don't want to be a failure but I just don't have any motivation in me. I have been dealing with depression and I decided to just stay strong all this years but now it's really hitting me and I have been feeling ambivalent lately.I have been spending alot of time on my phone too. I am drained 😪 . I JUST NEED A BREAK AND WANT TO BE MOTIVATED TO STUDY.
