How can you shut up this voice in your head saying you are gonna screw everything up!?

if there is a devil , there is an angel voice who calms u

u know it is nonsense so dont give it importance

it is your subconscious mind that is playing with you..... it is just there to make the things go .. wrong you need to consciously say it to shut up and don't give these stupid ideas....... There are times when I too am reminded about this.... but ai just think it for a while and ask my mind to not bother me.... and just keep doing what I was upto

I have been ignoring this for a while now but feels like it's getting louder and I am soo anxious and paranoid that something bad will happen

it is intrusive thoughts i also get in ocd

They are just lies and cause unwanted anxiety

if it increases then you just need to think that in what aspect it makes you feel like it is going wrong..... then just think by yourself what could happen .... this way if the thing really happens then you knew about it and were ready to face it..... so no need to be anxious..... just face it...and don't let it bother you at the present..... just take it as an intuition and just think what could go wrong and think how you could solve it... you'll just be ready

It takes time. Do everything step by step. Nothing is going to happen. Try to ignore it but if u can't then start to enjoy small small things like feel the nature watch some comedy talk to friends. Spend more time with yourself. Self love is very important. Don't worry Time will heal everything. It will be difficult and it will take time but i know you can do it. Fighting 💪 Be happy ❤️
