ik i can be very hard to get rid of depression and i recommend a therapist if u really feel like u need to but if u can't or just hate therapy u can try to change your life style a little bit , stay away of negativity , search for something u love and do it , fill your time and go out with people you love , read books go to shopping watch new series and always convince yourself that u are worth it because u are and u are an amazing prson who deserves to be happy don't be so hard on yourself be ambitious and strong show the world who u really are and don't let anything break you down sweety be safe please u are valid and loved ❤ and if u want someone to talk to or to be more open to im here for u
