my dad is sick and every other day i am taking him for exams and more exams to make a diagnoris.i feel so sad and stressed..how can i cope to be supportive and keep strong?

its hard cause i have to support my mum on this and i have 2 small kids also and a full time demanding job.so i need to be there for everyone. its overwelming.  i dont mind for me as long as my family is healthy and happy..
