I think you should do your complete blood count and see if there is lack of vitamin 12 ....many Indians are lacking of vitamin 12 and they think it's something in their mind but sometimes your body is struggling and if there is lack of some vitamin or some other problem then doctor will guide you further...but if your body is alright then you should just ask your family medicine doctor there are so many medicine to hag work particular in this problem
