In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

hi, how to handle the situation when all of a sudden, too many big changes are happening and that too at the same for example, i am very introvert person but due to some reason I started going to gym for better health....but still in mind I usually thinks where this will lead to... secondly going through very strong emotional and stressed condition of accepting that s very close friend wil not be there in next few days as he switched the company... thirdly I also made switch but why having second thoughts on it now , is it because of my low self confidence which is pulling me back and forcing me to think negatively....I just get tired of thinking all these and gets exhausted everyday....somr days I feel I just sleep and then never wakes up
