Can someone help me I have a bad feeling Possible depression I always think aggressively or verbally hurt others Constant crying and feeling frustrated I can't get myself out of all of this I really want someone to help me

then spend some time with parents or siblings.  do what u love most for example playing games etc. and if u have some relationship issue then stop using social media for atleast 2 weeks.

i don't wanna anyone to talk to me i spend time in writing and walking but it doesn't change anything

then start reading novels or fictional stories. but prepare busy routine so that u didnt think about stressful things. or tell your whole situation to ur bestie becuz that will make ur heart feel better. believe me . it will work.

thank you but I think I need to speak with a psychologist to determine the main cause, whether it is depression or excessive anxiety
