I can't pinpoint the main reason why I feel sad, but I feel sad in general
then spend some time with parents or siblings. do what u love most for example playing games etc. and if u have some relationship issue then stop using social media for atleast 2 weeks.
i don't wanna anyone to talk to me i spend time in writing and walking but it doesn't change anything
then start reading novels or fictional stories. but prepare busy routine so that u didnt think about stressful things. or tell your whole situation to ur bestie becuz that will make ur heart feel better. believe me . it will work.
i swear i read more than 3 novels at the same time and can't stop thinking about what make me feel down
i don't have besties i think that's the reason why i feel sad and lonly i cant skip this
