Can't face anyone

Question

I was attending my online class today I am doing my graduation, so unusually don't wear anything down and attend the class as they can't see so that day also I did the same with formal shirt and tie at top, so suddenly our cleaning lady came inside my room without a knocking and i just stood up out of sudden shock, she started staring me down and the entire class saw it, the entire incident lasted for 5-6 seconds. I was completely blank and didn't know what to do and i couldn't attend classes since then, and i can't tell  it to my friends they were will laugh at me. What should I do??

yes it's an accident but i feel very nervous to go now to college as the online sessions ended and i feel like the students are laughing at me..

yes they might for first time..but nothing much to laugh about in this. You are embarrassed and it's ok. When you go to your college accept that it happened and laugh with them...and then will not be funny anymore to people

Actually I had a crush on a girl and now I can't even face her, she was online that day whn it happened and even my friends make fun of me after that day and don't even bother to listen to me, they say I did it knowingly and also the cleaning lady looks me weirdly nowadays and i doubt if she tells my family about it.

Don't know how to gather the strength to do that because such things last for long time in discussion and I heard among my friends that somebody today a video of it and posted it online..
