I just can't sleep I am feeling sleepy but my mind don't let my eyes to shut cz whenever I hear something even a little thing I scare myself to death like m gonna die I was that kinda person who used to watch conjuring at night alone n now I don't know m just feeling that something's gonna kill me and feel anxious most of the tym

have you teied sleeping with one of your family members ?  when i have nightmares i go and lay a little with my mom , maybe this could help you you'll feel safe with your family member
