hey,,, i am alot tensed ...... i have BDD i think.....i cannot take of mask....im currently in University and nobody has seen me.... ( just started the uni) im afraid they eill find me less attractive...... i cannot take mask off.....it has become ny phobia....i cannot eat during break nor drink water bcz i have to take my mask off 💔💔💔 it has become depressing alot

Try easing back into the pre covid lifestyle. I understand that some of us have gotten accustomed to the face masks and are reluctant to take them off. Don't assume that they'll find you less attractive. Be confident. You cannot stay in your mask forever, right?

Hey,why are you afraid?  We are also human being if you affected we do same nah।   Please take it easily।   Precautions better than cure but when it is transform into fobia it's effect on your mind। Remember that, if you are not mentally fit then how to feel good physically।
