I can totally understand, i was the same before. but now i changed. planning and making the plans work is the best. try to achieve small goals and reward yourself. say yes i did it. keep pushing yourself to do it. it only takes a mindset. if u want to make a change, be the change. trust me times will get better as u keep working on it.
