Go and complaint to the other members of your family. This is a crime and you shouldn't allow him regardless of him being your relative.

This is biggest crime , listen this what always happens and victim ended up getting suicide and criminal escape , please say to family members if not you threaten him whenever he comes near to you , once you fear him and your life will ruin, be brave you didn't do anything wrong
