Ok... I have been bullied,,, my parents fought a lot,, i have been exposed to domestic violence,,, i had seen my sister attempt suicide,, i know that i should be strong.. But i really can't hold anymore... I try to cope,,, i try to escape with imaginations as escapism.. But that too is biting me in the ass right now... I can't handle it... I try to be happy and shit... But i just go from 100 to 0 and then it's really difficult for me to go to 100 again the same day.... I need help

I also have developed anxiety and panic attacks whenever in certain situations or sometimes all the times... I have social anxiety,,,,
