Mujhe anxiety ghabrahat aur bechaini ki problem kafi time se he jiska mene 5 months tak 1 local psychiatrist se treatment bhi liya he. Abhi last 15 days se khud dawa lena band kar diya he. Mujhe for se wahi anxiety ghabrahat aur bechaini ki shikayat fir se shuru hone lag gayi he. Sir please koi saral rasta bataye jisse meri ghabrahat ki shikayat theek ho sake.

    har samasya ka samadhaan aasaan nahi hota. Behtar ye hoga apne psychiatrist se paramarsh ke baad hi dawa band kare. Humesha ke liye dawai band karna chahte ho toh apni jeevan shaili main badlav karo and aur daily yoga karo.
