hey you can ask your college for assistance and there are many sources to arrange books for free. there are also many scholarships available to students in college, while getting a part time job may be difficult you can try and apply for paid internships. these are just my words of advice. Hey. I can understand your pain. Well my father was retired when I was in 12th as I'm the youngest child. I felt so bad that I was in private school , graduated from private engineering college. It was hard for him I knew. But now when I'm earning a pretty good amount those pain are converted to happiness for both me and my parents. So please stay strong and imagine when you will be successful what are those happiness you are going to give your father. All you can do is taking it in a positive way. No body can repay their parents. But we can convert their pain to happiness. Don't loose your hope. I'm glad you are thinking about your father now. You will be great child. All the best.
