More importantly you need to understand that a person might be doing something else and give him some space.
I think you should talk to your partner about your expectations.
Try getting a hobby n refrain from using ur phone so u won't speak to him.Try to understand that he needs time away from you
I am trying everything that i can bt he is not at all taking an effrt that makes me crazy that's why i fight over little things i tried telling him abt my problems bt idk he's not taking it seriously
I am in the same situation..you have to let go of expectations.its very difficult to implement.try meditation apps and do things which makes you happy.when we feel full inside we don't expect anything more from others
