You need to realize whatever it is that makes you think you deserve punishment is not true,you are a creation of God and you are loved and appreciated if not by anyone you know then by someone you don't know and you need to not hurt yourself because whatever it is that's putting you down is only doing that cause you have the potential to come up again so live life well and strive to focus on the good,good luck my friend

This is definitely not the way of attaining relief because it only brings more pain.
You would not want to carry the scars of your difficult time for life.
Try to express how you feel and find productive ways of expressing your anger, get enrolled in some sport or exercise regime.
Try to find solution rather than blaming yourself.

You know i've been trying to divert it to something else but i end up self harming again, nothing else can really help me to expressing my anger or my guilt. I don't know maybe i addicted to the pain it give me sense of relief.

Why don't you think of it that way: instead of punishing yourself, work on improving it and getting rid of your insecurities. Remember that you have a single life to live. Try to live in the appropriate way! You must've had different dreams during different periods of your time.. Maybe it's time to start working on them! Look at yourself at the mirror and smile, doesn't that gorgeous face deserve happiness? Doesn't it deserve achievements? Doesn't it deserve support to be happy?
