Hello, such feelings of low self-esteem are normal and you need not be worried about much, just focus on learning or doing something new anything which is creative. That will feel you are worthy. Even participating in any social activities will also improve your self confidence a lot. Listen to songs which motivate and sleep after listening them it will help to train your subconscious to be more positive and happy.
