I'm in the same situation right now, and I'm going to tell him he either needs to make time for me or it's over. Do you really want to make time for someone who has no time for you? Drop everything as soon as he wants to see you? You want to be his girlfriend, not his booty call. You are worth more, and you deserve someone who wants to spend time with you, so, if he says he is too busy just say "okay, thanks, bye" then move on and be too busy for him. Find someone who wants to spend time with you. Let him see what he missed, he will regret it. My ex did not respect me and he did not forgive me after our break-up, though I forgave him. Now I'm happy and free but he is sad and angry because he can't forgive. Let him see what he is missing, he will not see it if you wait around for him. Good luck.
