Try to talk to your family and friends about your problems. Read some good books. Pick a hobby and give atleast one hour every day/week for your hobby. Listen to positive and motivational speeches. This will help to build confidence. Lastly try to meditate regularly for 30 mins to keep yourself calm. Don't lose hope 😊
