Confused about one’s stand

Hello all 1 week ago a guy friend has approached me for relationship but right now m not interested in that as I don't have time to maintain that relationship so I told him very politly that I can't come into these kind of commitment right now. He was insisting me and started saying that m being arrogant n all.. But the truth is m literally not interested for a love kind of relationship I was comfortable with his friendship Lastly I blocked him from every social media. M I being rude to him?? Should I unblock him or let him go?

You have every right to decide what you want in your life. As when it will go south you will be alone to take the blame. Thus, don't fall for mushy talk of his. This is called honey moon phase of relationship (the beginning) when he will love bomb you but while you will be in relationship and would be unavailable to give him "proper time" he will become rude to you & that will hurt you 100x more. So save yourself some pain and let him go. He will fall in love with another girl in no time. And you my dear friend will find "the one" how will genuinely love you and will never ever find you arrogant.
