constantly having suicidal thought because of mother

Hey I have been constantly havibg sucidal thoughts.I am oversleeping.My mom is doing a silent trauma on me.I have lost the motivation to study.I have no one in my life whom I can reach out for help.

Talk to her everyday , help her out in daily chores :) and for your studies divide your work in to small syllabus and take breaks in the middle after completing those small syllabus:)
