In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I cry a lot, I cry when I have nothing in my mind, I cry when I have thought in my mind, I dont know if I can control it or not, I feel like losing myself, I want to stop crying but it getting worst, am I normal in this situation? I try to watch the things which make me laugh before but I still cant stop crying, does anyone know why?
