may i ask what type of music do you listen to?

it's not particular....i listen to songs that i like...that make me feel good.....but 8n genral i listen to pop, EDM

hate to say but these tasty genre lifts up the mood but not help in the concentration..what do you study actually?

i am currently in class 12th....and i don't listen to music while i am studying....cuz that makes me distracted 😅

ah..that’s interesting and i get the point of not listening to the music while studying..I’m not gonna lecture you about the body postures one should make while studying but I’ve personally experienced that there are types of music that can really help in concentrating while you work but one has to curate the playlist like I’ve when I’m working over the chapters

tbh my mental health isn't that good....this week was good at the starting but got tough at the end....i was feeling really anxious for past few days....i don't know but i had this weird feeling in my chest whenever i had anxiety....like something's empty in there....and i also tired and sleep....idk what to do really.

an author to be specific i was a writer years ago..see that’s the thing that’s dragging you down the root cause of why can’t you focus or concentrate..talking About the empty space I don’t know what has caused that a person or a thing maybe but you’ll need to improve your sleep patterns and the tiredness is the byproduct of your anxieties but why are you anxious is it the exams or what?

I don't know why I am feeling a empty space in my chest.....i don't think it's because of a person as i really didn't lose someone..... and you asked my why i am feeling anxious... tbh i myself don't why.....i was well few years back....i had this feeling from August or September of last year and then there no stopping this....i started getting this anxiety often..... and I'll say exam and career tension are part of this

lucky you haven’t..don’t think your life’s a mess you look pretty normal to me and yes the future,career i get..you know i read somewhere that anxieties develops from overthinking too..have you recognised your trigger points yet I mean the points which triggers your anxieties ?

i do overthink... and i think it maybe the reason..... but there are other reason to like career tension...ig it's one of the main reason of my anxiety.... and sometimes i feel anxious out of no reason.... like i wake up in the morning and i don't feel that good.... and eventually that bad mood intensify my anxiety

like few days back....i was really feeling anxious out no reason like really no reason....and then i felt really good like my mood cheered up for some moments and then again i was feeling anxious

and you overthink about career future maybe entrance exams and colleges too and feels alone or lonely maybe yep i get it..you overthink about them right ?

there's one friend with whom I share my problems.... but not all my problems.... sometimes i don't feel to open up

yess..... my boards are starting from 7th May.... and i am preparing for two entrance exams

all truths are not to be told and it’s absolutely okay if you don’t feel like opening up but if you want to and you don’t trust anybody then you need new friends or at least someone who will not judge you

it’s currently in it’s pyramid or polishing mode,this work Is usually done by the publishers and they editing team but I don’t trust anyone with my work so I’m doing all the effort from designing cover to editing reframing remodeling and pyramiding it to the finest level before it hits the market.

writing the first line Is always difficult,i was having similar issues like that of yours around two or two and a half years back but as the stan lee says if you really believe in an idea you must do it..if it’s not a love story cuz I’m pretty bad at them i may help you with writing your first draft if the conversation goes that far.

writing a book is really an interesting journey but sometimes one has to loose his/her everything during one don’t know about everyone but if you’re obsessed like shit than you’ll feel it talking about my book I brainstormed the story in early 2015 and after four or five years decided to pen it down
